Supervision Group for New Therapists
This is a space for therapists new to the field (first 3 or so years) to explore clinical concerns and questions in a supportive environment, led by an experienced therapist. The first years in the field can carry some unique challenges, with imposter syndrome sneaking in, feelings of overwhelm, and the question “did they teach me this in school?” often rearing its head. Here’s a space to find support and room for growth in a nonjudgmental way.
Meets weekly on Thursday mornings at 11AM.

Finding Healing Through Joy
Healing from past hurts can be a challenging journey. While it’s important to acknowledge the pain, it is also important to find the resilience that exists within and around us. This group is a space to tap into joy as a means to support your healing journey. We will explore connection, creation and community through communication and the arts.

Navigating Difficult Families
Family dynamics can be hard to navigate. It doesn’t always feel as simple as “set a boundary” or “just tell them no.” And that makes sense. Layers of hurt can come with the love that lives there; or you may think that you’re supposed to have more love than you feel; or you may have feelings of obligation, making it difficult to care for yourself in that dynamic. Join others as we explore your needs, and how to make healthy choices for yourself in difficult family dynamics.
